Q: I had an accident, what should I do?
A: Follow these guidelines:

  1. Call police to report it.
  2. Call your Insurance Company to report it.
  3. Call Precision Body and Frame @ 715-359-9655 to set up an estimate and handle your claim.

Q: My vehicle needs to be towed; what should I do?

A: Call Precision Body and Frame @ 715-359-8561,
24 hours a day and we will pick it up.


Q: Do I need and appointment for an estimate?

A: No appointment is necessary; but is encouraged!


Q: What if my Insurance Company writes an estimate?

A: Bring a copy with you to Precision Body and Frame and we will help you with
questions; make any necessary adjustments and handle your claim with your insurance.


Q: What if I need a replacement car, while mine is being serviced?

A: At Precision Body and Frame we offer a Loaner car for FREE!


Q: How do I pay for services?

A: We accept all Major Credit Cards, Bank/Debit cards, Local Checks, and Cash.


Q: Should I have my vehicle cleaned prior to estimate or repair?

A: No, it is not necessary to clean your vehicle; we will clean it prior to repair.


Q: What do I do if I am not satisfied with my repairs or services?

A: Please contact Precision Body and Frame immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We take pride our workmanship and customer service.


Q: What if my vehicle is a Total Loss?

A: You will clean out any personal belongings, turn over keys and an associate at
Precision Body and Frame will handle contacting your insurance company for removal.
